BWRT - Fast, Safe & Natural
How would you feel if your fears could be dissolved almost instantly and you could just get on with things? Pretty great, I imagine. The good news is that with Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT®), that can really happen. Hundreds of therapists all over the world are really excited by what it can do and I am delighted to be able to offer this wonderful therapy in Harwell, Newbury and Oxford.
BWRT® is a fast, safe and natural new technique that uses the way your own brain works to get rid of those feelings and fears that may cause you a problem from time to time.
If you suffer from any of the following I will be able to help:
- Low self-confidence or self-esteem
- Social anxiety
- Performance anxiety, fear of speaking in public
- Exam nerves
- Interview nerves
- Lack of motivation
- Debilitating grief
- Common phobias such as flying, dentists, spiders, birds, dogs etc.
Brain Working Recursive Therapy is not hypnotherapy, CBT, EFT, NLP or any of those other therapies and techniques you may have tried in the past. You are awake at all times, and guided by me, you use your brain’s natural mechanism to overcome whatever is getting in your way. You don’t even have to tell me what the problem is, so there’s no need to talk about painful memories. All you have to do is decide how you would rather feel instead. It really can be as simple as that.
With BWRT you really don’t have to put up with it, just sort it!
Martin, a 38-year-old business executive, had developed a fear of flying when, after a very turbulent flight, the plane had almost crashed as it came into land. He needed to travel for work, as well as holidays, but did everything he could to avoided flying. His phobia was starting to damage his personal relationships as well as his career prospects. He was due to go on holiday a couple of days after he came to see me and felt sick at the thought of getting on the plane. I asked some questions to establish what was at the root of his fear and then took him through the BWRT protocol. Within an hour, his fear had disappeared, and he was able to go on holiday with no problems. 9 months later, he is still completely comfortable whenever he has to fly.
